Daniel Anderson is highly proficient in the areas of strategic and corporate planning, organisational development, project management and economic development. His initiatives have been recognised as models for rural communities.
Having had a substantial career in public sector management, successfully managing a number of organisations as Chief Executive Officer, his experience includes reviewing purpose and direction, structure and systems. These activities have involved the development of Strategic and Corporate Plans, re-definition of organisational structure, clarification of individual roles and establishment of performance standards.
Daniel has been instrumental in developing and mentoring key personnel in achieving positive outcomes linked to each organisation’s strategic objectives. Daniel has recently moved to Victoria to head up our Melbourne office. Daniel's work with the implementation and training of interplan® and PES in the VIC/TAS region has been a driving force of the expansion of CA Technology in the region. Daniel is also the main driver of the PES product highly involved in product development and the business logic behind the product.
Daniel holds postgraduate qualifications in management awarded by the University of Canberra.
